Prior to joining Olan Law in 2007, Toby Noblin was an associate at the Santa Barbara law firm, Cappello & Noel, where he worked with renowned trial lawyer A. Barry Cappello.

Toby Noblin earned a bachelor of arts cum laude in Anthropology/Pre-Med from the University of San Diego in 1996.

In 2000, Toby Noblin earned a juris doctorate from Loyola Law School.  He became a member of the California Bar that same year.

Outside the court room, Toby enjoys surfing, back country skiing, fly fishing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, in which he is one of the few people in the United States to have earned a Black Belt.
 
Toby was born and grew up in Ventura, Calif., and currently resides in Calabassas with his wife and newborn son.
